What We Offer:
- Competitive Compensation: Earn between $33.00 - $45.00 per massage service hour (THIS IS BEFORE TIPS). This is a combination of clocked-in wages and commission. Hourly and commission rates are tailored to your skill level and experience, with additional commission opportunities for specialized services like CBD, Cupping, and Hot Salt Stones.
- Flexible Shifts: Whether you're seeking full-time or part-time opportunities, we offer shifts ranging from 4 to 6.5 hours, with the option to work one or both weekend days. Working both weekend days is an additional commission. Plus, enjoy paid turnover time for all clients and annual raises guaranteed!
- Comprehensive Benefits: From paid sick time for everyone and health, dental, and vision insurance (partially covered for full-time therapists), and a 401k plan (for those working at least 20 hours per week), we've got you covered.

Requirements:
- Must work a weekend shift (Saturday and/or Sunday) every week.
- Must hold a valid massage therapy license and insurance in the state of Colorado.
- Reliable, respectful, and professional demeanor with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to provide varying levels of pressure during massages, including Deep Tissue techniques.
- While experience in the massage industry is preferred, we welcome passionate newcomers to join our team.
