Responsibilities
- Be outstanding at relationship building.
- Quote and close new business through leads, referrals, and COI's.
- Foster strong relationships with our customers to maintain a high level of client retention and product loyalty.
- Presents and educates insured on policy options based upon prospective client needs and their personal goals.
- Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
Requirements
- Must be Life, and P&C licensed in Colorado (non-res)
- Prior Sales Experience (be a closer!).
- Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
- Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills.
- Confident, self-starter who works well independently.
- Must have ability to multi-task.
- Career minded vision.
- Comfortable with Zoom and MS Teams.
- Be equipped with great listening and closing skills.
