Responsibilities
Client Consultation: Meet with potential clients to assess their insurance needs and provide them with suitable coverage options.Inbound Leads: Respond promptly and professionally to incoming leads, addressing their inquiries and providing accurate information.Sales Presentations: Deliver persuasive and informative presentations to potential clients, highlighting the benefits of our insurance products.Policy Implementation: Assist clients with the application process, ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed accurately and efficiently.Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster loyalty and trust.Maintain Industry Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes to provide informed advice to clients.
Requirements
Licensing: Must possess a valid Insurance License in the state of Indiana.Experience: Previous experience in Insurance Sales or a related field is preferred.Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.Customer Focused: Demonstrated commitment to providing exceptional customer service.Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.Positive Attitude: A positive and friendly demeanor that creates a welcoming environment for clients.Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills.
