Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Insurance Account Manger located in Schererville, IN. The position will be responsible for managing client accounts, processing policy changes, answering client questions, and assisting with claims. As an Account Manager, you will also help to process new policies and assess client needs to determine the best insurance coverage options. Starting pay will be determined by education and experience.
Essential Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Insurance, or a related field
- Experience in client management or customer service
- Familiarity with insurance policies and regulations
- Active Property & Casualty Insurance License

Pay: $42,000.00 - $61,000.00 per year
