Job Skills & Qualifications:
Required: Active Property and Casualty Insurance License in your resident State
- Previous industry experience preferred
- Organizational Skills
- Detail Oriented

- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Self-motivated

Job Responsibilities
- Drive new accounts to the agency
- Utilize lead man/lead womanager to maximize sales potential
- Follow up on x-dates and other policy generating activities
- Follow agency processes to build rapport, ask qualifying questions and gather information to assess the clients risk profiles to offer them the proper solution
- Sell compliant property, casualty, umbrella, and other types of insurance to consumers, customizing programs to cover a variety of risks to meet the needs of every individual
- Ensure that all necessary paperwork is filled out and filed to put the insurance policy in place
- Utilize internal documentation requirements appropriately and when necessary
- Communicate with our support staff to ensure needed follow ups are completed
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Pay: $36,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
