Responsibilities
- Achieve established new business production and meet agreed upon goals.
- Create insurance quotes, conduct effective sales presentations, and finalize sales transactions.
- Approach each customer interaction as an opportunity for both cross-selling and upselling.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and assistance, upholding the highest standards.
- Foster client relationships.
- Maintain consistent follow-up with customers to ensure client satisfaction.
- Keep up to date on insurance policy choices.
Requirements
- Active General or Personal Lines Property & Casualty TX license
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Coachable and open to feedback.
- Highly motivated and driven.
- General Lines Life TX license preferred but not required.
