We are a profitable and recently funding company that is moving to grow rapidly over the next year. For our agency clients, we take care of all of their agency service work including but not limited to:
- Daily carrier activities
- Policy quoting
- Inbound/Outbound phone calls
- Processing endorsements and billing activities
If you have a valid P&C License and you are familiar with all lines of personal insurance along with flood, umbrella and other miscellaneous lines then please apply. As a Licensed Insurance Customer Service Representative, you will need to be a results-driven individual who can be independent while handling customer accounts successfully. The position is mostly remote with occasional trips to the home office for training and meetings. Must be able to pass a background check.
Job Duties: To be successful, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
- Answer customer inquiries(phone & email) quickly.
- Process customer policy change requests.
- Secure all necessary documents for new customers.
- Handle all incoming claim calls from customers.
- Complete Mortgagee/Evidence of Insurance requests.
- Document each customer contact in Agency Management System
- Take premium payments from customers.
- Verify phone numbers, addresses and email addresses with each customer contact and update customer information.
- Answer incoming phone calls on the first ring.
- Return all phone messages promptly.
- Provide exceptional Customer Service.
- Be outstanding at relationship building.
- Claims follow up calls.
- Set up new client files
- Meet established daily goals for new quotes and re-shops
- Handle carrier daily downloads
Qualifications:
- Minimum experience of 1 years servicing personal lines policies
- Experience with multiple carriers is a PLUS
- MUST have a valid P&C License
- Excellent Customer Service skills
- Ability to multi-task in an organized method
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Being bilingual is REQUIRED.
- Familiar with agency management software applications
- Knowledge and understanding of endorsements required in personal insurance
- Strong competency in Microsoft office products
- Ability to perform critical thinking and reasoning.
- Commercial Insurance is a HUGE PLUS
As a Licensed Insurance Customer Service Representative, you might be asked to do tasks that are not listed in this post such as sales, telephone monitoring and other duties. That is why it is important that you have strong communication, writing, analytical, and organizational skills. Please remember that you need to be licensed for this role.

Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour
