We are seeking a motivated and experienced Insurance Agent to join our team. As an Insurance Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building relationships with clients, and selling insurance policies. If you have excellent communication skills, a strong sales background, and a passion for helping others, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

- Sell various types of insurance policies to individuals

- Develop and maintain client relationships through effective communication and follow-up

- Assess clients' insurance needs and provide appropriate coverage options

- Educate clients on insurance products, coverage limits, and policy features

- Process policy changes, claims, and payments accurately and efficiently

- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, regulations, and changes in insurance policies

- Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics

Requirements:

- Proven experience in outside sales or a similar role

- Strong communication skills to effectively market insurance products

- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is a plus

- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively

- Experience in telemarketing or retail sales is an asset

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Job Type: Part-time

Salary: $20,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 10 – 20 per week
