Duties:
- Sell various types of insurance policies to individuals with 6-9 preset appts a week from a client base of over 20,000 already customers
- Develop and maintain a client base through networking, referrals.
- Assess clients' insurance needs and provide appropriate coverage options
- Customize insurance programs to suit individual clients' requirements
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes in insurance policies and regulations
- Collaborate with underwriters to negotiate terms and conditions for insurance policies
- Prepare and present insurance proposals to clients
Skills:
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Knowledge of insurance products, policies, and regulations
- Proficient in using computer software for managing client information and generating reports
- Attention to detail and accuracy in processing insurance applications and claims
