Responsibilities:
- Sell various types of insurance policies to individuals and businesses
- Develop and maintain a client base through networking and referrals
- Cold Calling
- Provide excellent customer service
- Meet or exceed sales targets and goals
Qualifications:
- Experience in insurance sales or a related field is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze clients' needs and recommend appropriate coverage options
- Proficient in using computer software for sales administration and record keeping
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
- Ability to negotiate effectively and close sales deals
- Strong market research and networking skills
