We are currently seeking licensed Property & Casualty Insurance Sales Agent who is motivated, self-driven, and eager to excel in a remote work environment. This is a commission-only position, offering flexibility and unlimited earning potential.

Responsibilities:

1. Sales and Customer Service: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients. Assist customers in assessing their insurance needs and recommend suitable coverage options.

2. Insurance Expertise: Demonstrate a deep understanding of various insurance products, including but not limited to auto, home, renters, commercial, and life insurance. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, policy changes, and market developments to effectively advise clients.

3. Lead Generation: Proactively generate leads through various channels, including referrals, networking, online platforms, and other marketing initiatives. Cultivate a pipeline of prospective clients and convert leads into successful sales opportunities.

4.Compliance: Adhere to all regulatory guidelines and industry best practices, ensuring full compliance with insurance laws, policies, and procedures. Safeguard customer privacy and confidential information at all times.

Requirements:

1. Licensing: Must hold a valid insurance license (2-20 or 20-44) In Florida. Active and unrestricted licenses in multiple states are highly desirable.

2. Insurance Experience: Proven track record as an Insurance Agent or similar role, with a strong focus on sales and customer service. Familiarity with insurance software and CRM systems is advantageous.

3. Remote Work Setup: Must have a dedicated home office space with a reliable internet connection and appropriate equipment to facilitate remote communication and documentation.

4. Self-Motivation and Discipline: Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment. Strong organizational skills and the drive to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional results.

5. Excellent Communication Skills: Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities. The ability to explain complex insurance terms and policies in a clear and concise manner, building trust and rapport with clients.

6. Ethical Conduct: Demonstrate honesty, integrity, and professionalism in all interactions. Uphold ethical standards and maintain client confidentiality throughout the insurance process.
