Licensed Hvac Technician

Elm Grove is seeking an experienced HVAC technician to join our team for projects in and around NH. The ideal candidate will have experience in all aspects of HVAC work. As an HVAC technician, you will be responsible for locating and diagnosing maintenance problems on equipment, conducting warranty services and quickly performing emergency repairs on certain equipment. You will be alternating between maintaining systems, repairing and installing systems.

Responsibilities:

• Removing old systems

• Installing new systems

• Performing routine maintenance

• Training junior team members

• Communicating with tenants, vendors and other employees

• Ordering and maintaining equipment

• Respond to emergency calls

• Meeting local HVAC codes

Qualifications:

• At least 5 years' experience in HVAC work including mini splits

• Gas Fitter License Required

• EPA Certification required.
