Licensed Estheticians Pay Scale

$20/hr + Minimal Experience

$25/hr + Master Level

*This average includes the base hourly pay, tips, plus monthly bonus potential

Hours of Operation *This is our initial schedule, and the location (Suwanee or Braselton) could change based on clinic needs.

Monday- 10 am-4:00 pm

Tuesday - 9:30 am-6:00 pm

Wednesday 9:30 am-4:00 pm

Thursday 9:30 am-6:00 pm

Friday 9:30 am-4:00 pm

(1) Saturday per month 9:30 am-4:00 pm

Summary of Responsibilities: Reporting to the Manager, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:

• Provides ALL new clients with a full tour of the spa introducing all services and memberships that we offer on their first visit.
• Conduct client consultations whereby you effectively inform and educate your clients about specific facial aesthetic concerns offered within the practice and provide full corrective options via treatment plan with full documentation including quality before and after photos.
• Responsible for setting up the treatment rooms according to procedures and disposing of laundry on a timely basis.
• Begin and end treatments at the scheduled time while ensuring correct treatment procedures are being followed at all times.
• Ensures that treatment rooms are maintained in a healthy and clean manner and conform to the Vitality standards of sterility and use
• Maintains all equipment, supplies, and other procedural equipment to Vitality standards
• Proactively and within the context of individual client needs, cross-sells other company products and services on a consultative basis along with our membership program.
• Participates in team L-10 meetings in a contributory manner to ensure best practices and forethought for both the practice, team and clientele
• Adheres to a daily scorecard metric based standard capturing Sales, Retail Sales, Pre-book, Utilization Rate, Add-ons and Membership Conversion.
• Participates in events (parties) both onsite and offsite
• Participates in ongoing internal and external training initiatives/sessions.
• Strive to consistently encourage upgrades and produce a minimum of 20% conversion in retail sales and memberships on a monthly basis.
• Follow all safety and sanitation policies as outlined by State Board.

Job Requirements

• Proof of all required licensing by the state
• Frequent standing, bending and reaching throughout shift
• Occasional kneeling, pushing, pulling, sitting, lifting and carrying up to 20lbs
• Knowledge and experience of Cutera and or Quanta lasers is a plus

Retailing Policy:

We carry the finest selection of professional products for our clients. Professional recommendation improves client retention.

• Staff members must regularly participate in product knowledge classes to remain confident in product features
• Product recommendations are based on client needs and should be made for each client. These needs will be determined by your client consultation. All providers are encouraged to retail a minimum of 20% of your service dollar per month.

Staff Meeting Policy:

Team meetings are necessary to ensure proper communication and to provide an opportunity to establish spa and individual goals. The attitude expected at our meetings is to be positive and constructive.

• Everyone’s opinion is valued, respected, needed, and appreciated
• No vocal criticism and /or judgment of any team member is allowed
• Two solutions to every challenge are welcomed
• Proper and polite behavior is to be used during meetings.
• Employee attendance is mandatory at meetings unless other arrangements have been made with management.

Inventory:

• Daily/Weekly/Monthly Product Inventory must be recorded in your Online MAR Administration:
• Complete appropriate documentation/charting on EVERY client

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
