In this role, you will:

• Visit customers' homes, both current and potential, to conduct assessments and perform installations of electrical products. You will establish rapport, showcase your expertise in electrical repairs, and have the opportunity to expand your knowledge in areas such as waterproofing, crawl space, and foundation repair systems.

• Acquire in-depth knowledge of each installation/repair project and carry out the assigned tasks diligently and responsibly from start to finish. Your goal will be to deliver the best possible outcome for our clients within the agreed-upon timeframe.

• Foster trust-based relationships by collaborating seamlessly with various departments and managers. You will promptly respond to electrical and production-related inquiries from internal stakeholders, as well as external customers, ensuring a sense of urgency and professionalism.

Outstanding candidates will possess:

• Electrical License.

• Expertise in electrical services, holding a current electrical license, and a strong understanding of up-to-date code requirements (preferred).

• The ability to interpret complex information or instructions and translate them into understandable job specifications, measurements, and standards.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, enabling effective interaction with clients and colleagues to discuss job details and specificities.

• Self-sufficiency and the capability to work independently while meeting established expectations
