Responsibilities:
- Meet with clients in individual, group, and family therapy sessions to address various mental health concerns using a variety of best practice modalities
- Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs and goals
- Provide crisis intervention and support to clients as needed
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the holistic care of clients
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards
Requirements:
- Master’s Degree
- Valid license as a Licensed Professional Counselor, Licensed Clinical Social Worker, or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist
- Demonstrate expertise in providing evidence-based interventions for various mental health issues
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to establish a therapeutic alliance with clients
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
