Bearden Behavioral Health has provided outpatient mental health services to the community of greater Knoxville for over eight years. We have serviced thousands of clients, providing outpatient therapy across lifespans in addition to medication management and psychological evaluations. We seek a licensed clinician for a full-time position in our Knoxville, Tennessee, location.
Compensation:
- Fee for service W2 model
- Full-time employees can earn approximately $60,000-$70,000 annually
Requirements:
- Master's degree in psychology, social work, or a related counseling field
- Licensure as LPC/MHSP, LCSW, or LMFT
- Experience providing direct psychotherapy services to individuals, groups, and families
- Solid computer and basic technology skills
- Demonstrated history of professional growth and development
- Self-motivated and independent clinicians able to quickly build rapport with clients
Beneficial Skills & Experience:
- Clinicians with EMDR experience will be favorably considered
- Competent with a wide range of clinical presentations
- Experience with children or adolescents
- Experience with couples counseling
- Experience with health psychology
