Fresh Living Counseling is seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker to join our team. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, you will provide individual, couples and family counseling, conduct diagnostic evaluations, and implement various therapeutic interventions. Duties:
- Conduct individual, couples and family counseling sessions to address a variety of mental health concerns
- Utilize applied behavior analysis techniques to assess and modify behaviors
- Perform diagnostic evaluations to assess client needs and develop treatment plans
- Provide clinical counseling and behavioral therapy to clients of all ages
- Deliver patient care in accordance with ethical and professional standards
- Attend weekly clinical meetings to promote peer support and skill-building
- Collect and analyze data to monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
- Offer Christian counseling services for individuals seeking spiritual guidance
Experience:
- Must hold a valid license as a Clinical Social Worker in the State of Florida
- Previous experience in individual and couples counseling preferred
- Familiarity with applied behavior analysis techniques is a preferred
- Strong diagnostic evaluation skills
- Proficient in clinical counseling and behavioral therapy methods
- Ability to provide patient care with empathy, compassion, and professionalism
- Experience with telehealth delivery method
- Knowledge of data collection methods for monitoring client progress
- Familiarity with Christian counseling principles is desirable
- Strong ability to manage time and prioritize tasks
- Proficient in Office products, Excel and Google documents. Ability to learn and navigate electronic health records systems.
- Ability to work well with professional colleagues, as well as those providing administrative support
- Minimum 1-year post licensure experience preferred

Job Type: Contract
Pay: Compensation is percentage based on income received and paid out biweekly.
Expected hours: 10- 15 hours per week
Patient demographics: Individual, Couples, Adults
Schedule: Monday to Friday (Flexible per clients and practice needs)
Work setting: Remote work. Must have a private and secure setting in a remote location to adhere to HIPAA law & guidelines.
Education: Master's (Required)
License/Certification: Florida State Licensed Clinical Social Worker - LCSW (Required)
