Job Title: Licensed Clinical Social Worker - LCSW - Counseling- Part-Time- REMOTE

Type: Part-time; Tue, Wed, Thur 6pm-8pm

Location: REMOTE

Social Service Professionals, "the Professional's Choice" for career development in Social Work and Therapy is looking for a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to provide counseling to formerly incarcerated persons with a history of mild to moderate mental health issues. This is a part-time, REMOTE position in which you will assist Career Coaches by providing mental health and crisis assistance to persons in need.

Examples of Essential Duties:

Evaluate patients’ psycho-social needs;

Evaluate patients’ family/social situation to support a treatment plan;

Make recommendations to the healthcare team for appropriate psycho-social support;

Utilize community resources to assist patients’ psycho-social needs;

Document history, care plans and prepare reports as needed.

Education Requirement:

Graduation from an approved Social Work program.

Qualifications:

Current registration as a CA Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

Current AHA-approved CPR card
