Job Description and Requirements

Heart in Hand Psychotherapy (HIHP) is looking for a full-time Licensed Clinical Social Worker in New York or New Jersey to manage a caseload of around 20-30 clients. The ideal applicant should have:

· At least 1-2 years of experience in a social work setting and be able to employ a wide array of modalities such as CBT, DBT and EMDR or demonstrate a willingness to learn.

· The individual should be motivated by a desire to expand their knowledge base and grow along with the company.

· The applicant must be able to work in a private, HIPPA-compliant space with a steady internet connection given HIHP’s online business model.

· The candidate will be offered avenues for self-growth including mentoring on client modalities and training opportunities to increase their skillset.

The candidate will be able to self-manage their fulltime case load around their personal schedule on a flexible basis. While the business is currently set up as an online venture utilizing virtual delivery systems, the ideal candidate will be encouraged to attend in-person meetings once a month for teambuilding and mutual review sessions.

Pay: From $70.00 per hour
