THE VITAL ROLE YOU'LL HAVE

This full-time position is 40 hours a week, with a mix of administrative hours and client hours, providing you with a balanced and fulfilling work schedule.

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Thrive Therapy, you'll play a pivotal role in creating a safe haven for individuals and groups to explore their inner worlds and find healing. Your responsibilities include conducting patient assessments, developing tailored treatment plans, offering crisis intervention, coordinating comprehensive care, and maintaining meticulous records. With your dedication and commitment to ongoing learning, you'll create a nurturing environment where clients feel heard, supported, and empowered to thrive.

• Master's degree in social work or family and marriage therapy
• LCSW certification
• Previous experience in social work, counseling, or other related fields
