This is a great position for an LCSW who wants to work in private practice and who can also earn extra compensation if you supervise LMSWs (not required). Additionally, we provide free group supervision. Our clients have personality disorders, complex trauma, and other presentations.
Compensation:
- $83-$90 per clinical session provided.
- We pay for no-shows and last minute cancellations.
- Opportunity to provide supervision if desired, compensation same as for clinical session.
- 25 sessions in a week = $105,000 - $115,000 annually.
- 1099 contracted position.
Duties:
- Conduct individual, family, and couples therapy for a range of diagnoses and symptoms.
- Develop and implement treatment plans based on the specific needs of each patient.
- Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques.
- Monitor and evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of therapy sessions using DSM-5 & ICD-10 coding.
- Provide supervision to LMSWs completing clinical hours.
Experience:
- LCSW only.
- Clinical license for at least 1 year.
- Must have NY State license to practice with us.
- Highest fee rates reserved for those with EMDR and/or DBT certification.
