As a clinician you have the opportunity to provide individualized and/or group counseling including, but never limited, to Behavioral Health Services, Occupational Health Services, Training and Educational Services, Evaluation Services and Healthcare Staffing
Position Overview:
This position is for a Licensed Clinician located in Nevada as a representative of Interdynamics Inc. Our Licensed Clinician will support as a remote clinician, during the school year, and as a remote clinician in our OMHC, and/or provide supportive services as necessary, to support Interdynamics Inc contracted obligations.
Responsibilities:
During on-site school sessions:
Required to be on-site during school hours and report attendance to Supervisor
Responsible for providing clinical services, team consultation, and informational workshops to students, teachers, and parents.
Provide individual and group counseling for students,
Provide crisis intervention, family counseling and supportive collaboration/consultation within the school teams
Administer and participate in staff training and community outreach.
Collaborate closely with the Principle to ensure expectations are exceeded.
Available for out of hours informational workshops when needed/required.
Act as a liaison between school and supervisor/company representatives to ensure expectations are met
Collaborate with a group of approximately 25 clinicians (peers) on a weekly basis through virtual meetings/collaborations
Support Interdynamics Inc in additional projects and responsibilities as needed by the company and/or outlined by the local legislation
When there is no school based support:
Required to work remotely on various projects and in the OMHC
Must be self motivated and have ability to work remotely
Support Summer School initiatives where needed
Support students/family when continued care is required

complete 90 day probationary period: including collaborative and respectful feedback session
Provide Crisis Intervention for students, staff, and families.
Work with school psychologists, counselors, and Social Workers.
Provide family support and liaison service with other agencies on behalf of the family.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all services.
Other related duties as assigned
Essential Job Functions:
Ability to remain in good standing with the state which services are being provided
Obtain and Maintain clinical license within state(s) of service
(ie:LCPC, LGPC, LMSW, LICSW-C, Psychology Associate, Licensed Psychologists, Psychiatrists)
Reliable and predictable attendance
Requirements:
Master’s degree in psychology, mental health counseling and/or social work
Meet and pass screening requirements including (but may not be limited) to:
Criminal background check
State Child Abuse Registry clearance
Obtain and Maint
Provide evidence of good standing license and renewal
Accountable for personal liability/malpractice insurance
Follow policies and protocols of Interdynamics, Inc., PGCPS and as outlined by assigned project contract
Adhere to all licensing regulations, ethical principles, and standards.
Preference:
Doctor Degree
Experience within a school based setting and/or school aged adolescents
Interpersonal skills and ability to interact and collaborate with a team
Job Types: Part-time, Contract
Pay: $80,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
