Licensed Child & Family Therapist (LCSW, LMFT, LMHC)

We are seeking a dedicated professional who can commit to seeing a minimum of 10 clients weekly. Efficiency and attention to detail are key, as we expect session notes to be completed within a 24-hour period. To facilitate this, we provide comprehensive templates and ensure that all clients undergo preliminary screening before their intake sessions.

The starting hourly rate for this position is $70 per hour, with promising avenues for advancement and enhanced remuneration. As you demonstrate ongoing commitment and a strong work ethic, there are significant opportunities for increased pay. Key factors contributing to this growth include prompt responsiveness to both supervisors and clients, timely completion of clinical notes within a 24-hour timeframe, consistent attendance at meetings, and other related professional behaviors. This approach reflects our dedication to rewarding dedication, skill, and a proactive attitude in our team members.

Primary Requirements:

• Conduct individual and family therapy sessions with patients for a group practice (10 hour minimum per week)
• Be willing to see clients in person at our Deerfield Beach, FL office location.

Additional Requirements:

• Assess patients' mental health needs and develop treatment plans
• Utilize various therapeutic techniques such as cognitive behavioral therapy, solution focused therapy, etc.
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate medical records such as clinical notes which must be completed within 24 hours of a session
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care
• Stay up-to-date with current research and trends in the field of therapy
• Able to meet once per month (virtually) with lead therapist to review cases and client progress

Experience
-Licensed Therapist (LCSW, LMFT, or LMHC) with at least one year of experience post licensure
- Must be able to practice independently within state of licensure. We are not accepting intern applications at this time.
- Experience providing one-on-one counseling for a minimum of 2 years with virtual counseling preferred.
