The Case Financial Services Allstate Agency has an amazing opportunity in our Anchorage, AK Agency for a Licensed, P&C Insurance Sales Representative who would like to receive top earnings while helping our valued clients protect whats most important to them.
Allstate producers who want a lucrative career in insurance sales are in high demand. We are seeking passionate, self-driven, natural born salespeople with a desire to make a difference in peoples lives. As the newest member of our top producing team, you will sell, market, and service our insurance products to existing clients and new customers. As a full-time sales representative you will help individuals, families, and small businesses secure their tomorrows.
We do have REMOTE opportunities available for Licensed, Experienced (1 year minimum Captive agency, preferably Allstate exp.) Candidates who are willing and able to work 9 am 5:30 pm Alaska Time Zone

Total Compensation Package: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year Comp includes Base + Commission + Bonus Opportunities

Responsibilities
- Solicit for new business via telephone, networking, and other lead sources.
- Create & maintain client relationships with follow up phone calls.
- Educate potential clients on the importance of insurance- how and why its so important to have proper coverage.
- Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
- Ask each customer for referrals and explain our referral program.
- Maintain knowledge of new products.
- Answer the phone and assist walk in customers.
- Treat each customer contact as a cross and up-sell opportunity including financial products.
- Contact businesses and private individuals by telephone to promote products, services and/or referral programs.
Requirements
- Currently have a valid Property & Casualty Insurance License *REQUIRED*
- Have minimum 1 year experience in the P&C Industry, working in a captive agency setting, preferably Allstate*REQUIRED*
- If applying for a remote position, have experience working remotely as well as a dedicated, quite office space available with high speed internet *REQUIRED*
- Must be willing and able to work the agency office hours 9 am 5:30 pm Alaska Time Zone
- Knowledge and experience working with eAgent and Advisor Pro systems highly preferred
- Have knowledge of a commissioned sales role, and have the competitive desire to earn commissions by selling insurance policies
- Have a proven track record of dependability & reliability showing up to work as scheduled, on time
- Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable.
- Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
- Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency.
- Create relationships from a cold start.
