Evolve Healthcare, Inc has an URGENT need of a LVN to practice at a Correctional Facility in Susanville, CA
Applicant must be licensed to work in the State of California and must have at least twelve (12) months of continuous work experience within the last three (3) years performing services similar in scope to those defined herein in a public or private institution. Internship does not count towards the required experience.
Covid LVN: isolation rounds, quarantine, and other related duties
COVID -LVN Requirements:
Different Shifts Available, 8 hours - Day, Evening, or Night Shifts
Pay Rate starts at 68.00/hour.
All candidates must have a clean background and have a clear drug screen prior to final hire.

- Experience requirement: Six (6) month minimum
- TB Test on any form within 1 year
- Gate clearance form to be provided upon submission
- BLS AHA Only
- Must be able to clear an extensive background clearance
