Awakening Wellness Clinic is a new upcoming Weightloss Clinic that will open at the end of February 2024. We're seeking an experience LPN who empowers patients with expert, individualized care delivered with compassion, listening and understanding. Our clinic is seeking a Part-time LPN to help in our growth. Our commitment is to provide you the best atmosphere to foster your talents. LPN Primary responsibilities include:
- Direct patient care - Room patients, check vitals, enter patient histories, and assist provider as needed
- Chart prep
- Phone triage
- Schedule appointments/outgoing referrals
- Provide nurse education
- Immunizations and injections
LPN must have excellent documentation skills, solid clinical skills, and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks. Strong computer skills and EMR experience a must. At least 5 years of clinic experience is preferred. BLS Certification and license required.
Hours: Hours and Times will be discussed during the Interview
