We are seeking a LICENSE NURSE / LPN & RN to join our team! You will be responsible for delivering high quality care to assigned patients.
Responsibilities:
- Care for ill, injured, or convalescing patients
- Provide basic patient care and treatment
- Collaborate with registered nurses to administer prescribed medications
- Sterilize and prepare medical tools and equipment
- Educate and update patients on medical treatments
- Uphold compassion and honest patient care
- Observe HIPPA during care and while on the clock
- Practice patient centered care
- Complete Medication Pass / Medication Rights
- Communicate with change of condition promptly to providers
- Provide nurse interventions for CRISIS situations as care planned
- Documentation for MEDICARE/MEDICAID
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in nursing or other medical fields
- Familiarity with medical tools and equipment
- Ability to build rapport with patients
- Compassionate and caring demeanor
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient ENGLISH communication skills verbal and written
- Ability to learn Point Click Care
- Successful background check upon hire
- Able to work with DEMENTIA /PSYCHE / MEDICAL management
- Reliable work history
- Positive feedback from references
