SALARY: Minimum $17.00
REQUIREMENTS:

• High School diploma. LTA Certification.
• Secretarial experience in a school or business environment preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
• Excellent analytical skills, including the ability to interpret and apply policies, procedures, and problem-solving skills.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE (BUT NOT LIMITED TO):

• Oversee Circulation Desk
• Monitor student traffic and conduct
• Maintains the print collection and the automated library catalog
• Catalogs and processes books
• Coordinates student aids and assistants
• Maintains the periodical collections
• Creates displays, booklists and other materials to promote the library
• Maintains library operations during summer school
• Assists in textbook room during summer, staff absences and vacations when available
• Conducts a complete inventory of the library collection at the end of the school year
• Provides library instruction, reference and reader's advisory services to individuals, small groups, and large groups
• Coordinates inter-library loan book and copy requests
• Maintains a record of library usage and circulation statistics
