Position Purpose:Provides a wide range of access, collections, and patron services in Feldberg Business & Engineering Library as a co-lead of Feldberg’s access services team. Manages print collections and course reserves services for Feldberg. Provides data, usage reports, and other information as needed on print and online collections. Works closely with, cross-trains, and provides back-up for access services team partner as needed.
Required Qualifications - Education and Yrs Exp:Bachelors or equivalent combination of education and experience
Required Qualifications - Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:- 2 plus years of work experience in public service, and a strong public service ethic.
- Experience working with data, including exporting to, formatting, and working with spreadsheets and reports.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to interact effectively with library patrons and work collaboratively with staff.
- Able to work independently and with good judgement, and to set and modify work priorities.
- Proficient with standard computer equipment and office productivity software.
- Experience with library public services and technical services operations.
- Facility in learning and adopting new technologies.

Description:Co-leads the team providing access, collections, and patron services, including circulation, patron assistance and basic reference service.
