BSA is hiring South Florida Liability Day Rate Field Adjusters

Adjusters are the backbone of BSA Claims Solution’s success! BSA Claims Solutions is seeking South Florida resident Liability Day Rate Field Adjusters. The position is 1099 contractor with daily rate. We are seeking smart, organized adjusters with advanced Xactimate and strong caseload skills to provide accurate, fair and quick claim management services.

We are hiring full-time Florida Liability Field Adjusters to handle 3rd party residential and commercial liability assignments, such as, bodily injury, drownings, slip and falls, premise liability, etc. for Citizens Property Insurance Corporation. Territory includes Southeast Florida, i.e. Palm Beach, Broward, and Dade counties. Required hours would be 8am-6pm, Monday - Friday. Weekends as needed. $464 per day as a 1099 contractor. Averaging (7) assignments per week.

Requirements:

Must be a Florida resident, have at least (3) years adjusting experience, hold a Florida Adjuster License and proficient in Xactimate and Office 365.

Preferred Qualifications:

· Strong working knowledge of applicable FL state premises negligence laws.

· Bi-lingual, specifically Spanish/English but others considered.

Position Description:

· Conduct comprehensive in-person investigations of both Property and Casualty residential liability claims, including but not limited to.

· Contacting all involved parties including insureds, claimants, witnesses, opposing counsel and any other relevant parties.

· Obtaining recorded statements from insureds, claimants and witnesses.

· Conducting scene investigations and compiling comprehensive photo evidence.

· Obtaining medical information, including Medicare personal data and medical authorizations.

· Researching property ownership status.

· Researching residential premises code requirements.

· Obtaining relevant documentation such as police reports, fire reports, incident reports and condominium association documents.

· Researching city ordinances.

· Completing other investigative activities as required.

· Required to write residential property damage estimates.

· Required to complete coverage, liability and damages investigations.

· Required to conduct complex investigations related to serious injury and fatality

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $118,000.00 per year
