Form of workLia Toyota Colonie is seeking an Automotive Accounting Assistant to join our team.
COMPENSATION RANGE: $16-$18/hour based on experience

REQUIREMENTS:
Previous dealership experience helpful, but willing to train the right individual
Willingness to take initiative
Computer & Microsoft Office literacy
Ability to perform job responsibilities and meet deadlines easily
Professional personal appearance & excellent communication skills
Must have clean & valid driver's license
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Prepare deal paperwork to send to appropriate banks for funding
Track bank funding delays and report to department managers
Reconcile daily bank deposit & research any outstanding issues
Cut checks to vendors, banks and customers
Post service invoices to appropriate general ledger accounts
Manage office supply inventory
Assist Office Manager with month end processing to meet deadlines
Any other duties assigned by the manager
