SalarySUMMARY:
We are seeking enthusiastic bartenders that would like to work in the hottest nightclub in town. The ideal candidate will be able to create clasic and innovative drinks exceeding guests expectations and MUST have experience in a high volume fast past environment.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Primary duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Take orders for beverages from guests at the bar.
- Communicate orders through POS terminal immediately.
- Deliver beverage orders promptly.
- Organize and prioritize service per appropriate service sequence.
- Prepare beverages according to standard recipes and venue specifications.
- Fulfill service bar duties.
- Check beverage orders prior to serving to ensure that they are correct, properly presented and that special requests have been met.
- Follow given drink recipes when dispensing drinks.
- Garnish any and all beverages as needed per LEX Standards and Recipes.
- Prompt preparation and delivery of beverage orders.
- Orderly presentation of beverage orders.
- Cordial relations with co-workers and guests.
- Organize and prioritize service per appropriate service sequence.
- Garnish any and all beverages as needed per LEX Standards and Recipes.
- Execute marketing campaigns and strategies as directed by management.
- Answer questions about our bottle service, beverages and other LEX functions and services. Inform guests of specials and menu changes.
- Ensure proper rotation of all liquor, beer, wine and consumable items.
KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES
- Experience with POS systems.
- Experience in nightclub, bar and lounge operations.
- Experience with liquor, beer, wine and bottle service menu; Knowledge of drink recipes.
- Greet and serve customers courteously and in a timely manner with an upbeat attitude.
- Respond to guest inquiries and requests in a courteous and polite manner.

May reach with hands and arms above shoulder level; bend/stoop, squat, balance, kneel, lift and push/pull. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance visions, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
