This exciting role will give you the opportunity to be the key interface between our customers, field engineers, and development, and handle customer cases on a primarily Windows platform. As the Support Engineer, you will provide remote and in-person customer support, document case activities with clear and concise information, strive to resolve customer issues based on SLAs, and maintain excellent customer satisfaction.

Our ideal candidate should have at least 4 years of experience and knowledge in Windows Servers and Desktops, Office 365 Support and Migrations, VMware servers, Citrix XenApp and XenDesktop, and Endpoint Troubleshooting. Additionally, experience with SQL, Exchange, SharePoint, and Certifications from Microsoft, Cisco, CompTIA, VMware, Citrix, Meraki, Digital phone systems, Kaseya, and ConnectWise.
