Starting Pay
Entry-level Warehouse positions start at $20.50 - $22.00 (differentials for 2nd and 3rd shift).

Shifts & Locations
AK Pizza Crust ships from three plants in Green Bay. These positions are full time with some weekends required. Immediate openings will vary by shift and location based on current staffing needs at one of these work sites:
- 606 S. Fisk Street (West side)
- 3050 Walker Drive (East side)
- 1326 Cornell Road (Howard industrial park)
Job Duties
- Staging finished product
- Wrapping pallets using shrink wrapper equipment
- Reading and following Bills of Lading
- Loading product onto trucks
- Unloading deliveries, putting supplies away
- Quality control: ensuring that no damaged product is shipped out, no damaged ingredients are allowed in
- Ensuring driver compliance with food safety requirements and dock procedures
- Moving pallets with forklifts and pallet jacks
- Affixing date tags onto pallets of ingredients
- Rotating stock
- Completing paperwork accurately
- Performing basic computer entries
- Cleaning shipping and storage areas
- Communicating effectively with other shifts and departments
- Shipping & Receiving experience preferred, but not required.
- Prior forklift certification preferred, but not required. (we will re-certify)
- Safe forklift operating record
- Experience with clamp truck, pallet jack, and scissor lift a plus
- Ability to perform basic computer entries with training
- Excellent attendance
- Physical demands:
- Ability to tolerate hot and cold temperatures (some time spent in cold storage)
- Walking, standing, and sitting up to 8 hours per day
- Repetitive hand and wrist motion
- Frequent bending and twisting
- Frequent lifting up to 50 pounds
- Occasional lifting of up to 80 pounds
- Some overhead reaching, lifting, stacking
- Ability to stand up while using standing forklift
- Ability to work at heights
- Dress code: GMP's required in the plant. Hairnets, beard nets, and uniforms are worn. No watches, jewelry, piercings, false fingernails or nail polish permitted. No dresses, skirts, shorts, capris, or pants with holes. New slip-resistant footwear is required; purchase voucher provided .
- Language skills: Requires the ability to understand and follow instructions and to communicate effectively one-on-one and in small groups
