What You'll Do:
As a Manufacturing Operations Technician, you will play a pivotal role in our manufacturing operations team responsible for producing Lentivirus vectors for autologous CAR-T products.

As a Manufacturing Operations Technician, you will play a pivotal role in our manufacturing operations team responsible for producing Lentivirus vectors for autologous CAR-T products.
Your daily responsibilities will include:
- Execute Process Unit Operations: Follow standard operating procedures and batch records to perform essential manufacturing tasks. Record production data and information meticulously, adhering to Good Documentation Practices (GDP).
- Safety and Quality Focus: Perform tasks with unwavering commitment to safety policies, quality systems, and cGMP requirements. Your attention to detail will be crucial in maintaining our high standards.
- Cell Culture Expertise: Conduct production activities common to cell culture, utilizing shake flasks and wave bioreactors. Be proficient in cell counting methods (e.g., Vi-Cell), thawing, passaging, and aseptic technique/processing.
- Purification Proficiency: Handle chromatography columns or filtration techniques (TFF, DF), conduct filter integrity tests, and operate GE AKTA and microfiltration/ultrafiltration systems. Your expertise in purification processes is essential to our success.
- Automated Filling: Perform tasks related to automated filling, including equipment like FP50. Ensure sterile filling using appropriate techniques, maintaining product integrity.
- Bioreactor Operations: Be involved in single-use bioreactor operations, from setup and sampling to monitoring and disassembly. Your skills in bioreactor management are vital to our production process.
What You'll Bring:
- A Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific field or equivalent experience.
- Previous experience in a cGMP cleanroom environment is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to following protocols and procedures.
- Ability to work effectively in a team, contributing to a collaborative work environment.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
- Flexibility to adapt to evolving tasks and responsibilities.
