Required Education: H.S. Diploma or equivalent

Required Experience: 2 years of Financial Institution experience is preferred

Scan all documents, maintain all member file data, track all collateral, provide internal and external member service.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND BASIC DUTIES

1. Receive incoming paper documents and scan to desktop system, ensuring documents are placed in the correct member record.

1. Upload PDF documents to desktop; ensuring they are placed in the correct member folder.

1. Monitor new member accounts, ensuring that all documents for new accounts are received and uploaded to desktop including membership documents all loan documents; follow up with FSA if a file is missing more than 21days

1. Correct any inaccuracies found in member information on desktop.

1. Using Aging Report provided by Accounting Dept. send letters to members whose Home Equity Line is near the 7 yr (HA) or 10 yr (HE) draw period end. Monitor accounts for responses and send 2nd letter if required. Send Email to appropriate personnel for assignment to FSAs.

1. Log in to ACD phone group when required, take phone payments, promote Web Payment/ACH options.

1. Send mortgage and release documents to respective counties for recording; document on Excel tracking all recorded mortgage documents and title policies for 1st Mortgages, Home Equity loans, follow up with title companies on missing documents.

1. Upload New Loan Report using Excel weekly to ensure accurate title tracking; update daily as titles are received, add note in Core System Custom Data; file under (last 2 digits) of member number in file room.

1. Track collateral, file necessary forms with Secretary of State, Escalate title issues to manager and/or collector.

1. Accurately document all activities and conversations in XP Contacts and/or Collection Notes as appropriate.

1. File "insider" employee/family documents in file room (for security, these documents are NOT scanned).

1. Participate in cross-training with co-workers, assist with training new employees.

1. Other duties as assigned by Lending Services Manager.

1. Basic knowledge of FNCU products and services.

1. Complete IS courses and Compliance courses as assigned.
