With the ability to work remotely and across different client timezones, the Legal Solutions Engineer will influence, design and deploy customer-facing systems, technology and processes, centred around the utilisation and delivery of LawVu. This role will report directly to the Implementation Team Lead while working closely with the customer success, Partnership and Product teams.
You will have a strong technical background and be able to look after a whole programme of work involving multiple project workstreams, with a reputation for clear and concise communication. You’ll be great for this role if you are a technologically adept problem solver, capable of managing multiple stakeholders, and want to use technology to improve how lawyers work.
What you’ll do…
- Understand the LawVu product and ecosystem; spanning AI, automation and document generation.
- Work closely with our partners, sales and implementation teams to understand, consult and deliver customer requirements through use case definitions
- Interpret contract analysis requirements, design workflows and translate them into project plans and solutions.
- Design logical rulesets and workflows to help legal teams extract insights from, analyse and review work more efficiently; helping our customers save time through automation.
- Analyse customer contracts and advise on the best way to extract valuable insights from their contracts and work.
- Educate customers on the best technology for different use cases.
- Use process automation software to build workflows and implement these for customers.
- Consult with customers to continually improve the value we deliver to them including project managing the implementation and ongoing use of contract workflows.
- Work closely with the product team to help develop best practices and standardised workflows that are built into the LawVu product.
- Support clients who leverage the many LawVu integrations, be it through our public API, Microsoft Power Connector option, or suite of off-the-shelf integrations.
- Enable third party consultants to successfully design and build workflows for their customers.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of relevant solutions consultant experience (legal and contracts experience is preferred)
- Excellent ability to distil complex concepts down to simple recommendations and deliver these to customers.
- Strong lateral thinking and analytical skills.
- Experience working in SaaS, machine learning or legal tech preferred.
- Willing to work in a dynamic fast-paced, scale-up environment.

Location
Our preference is for this role to be based in the mainland US however, we are open to other North American locations.
