Our very busy Albuquerque law firm is seeking a hybrid Insurance Defense Litigation Legal Secretary on a direct hire basis. If you have 3+ years of Insurance Defense in transportation and personal injury defense we would love for you to join our busy team of 10 attorneys.

Hybrid Insurance Defense Litigation Secretary Role
This litigation Legal Secretary position is ideal for the legal candidate who loves a high-volume, high-profile desk supporting a team of Attorneys.
Heavy Legal Administrative tasks
Type, revise and proofread documents
E-filing with State and Federal Courts
Schedule travel arrangements
Experience with case management software
Coordinate depositions & meetings
Assist in trial preparation
Set up expert witnesses, depositions and hearings
Time entry
Attorney billing
Hybrid Insurance Defense Litigation Legal Secretary Profile
3+ years of experience in Insurance Defense litigation
Ability to multi-task
MS Office Suite experience
Must have strong formatting experience for Table of Contents and Table of Authorities
Must have excellent tenure
Excellent organizational skills
Ability to work in a demanding environment
Must possess excellent communication skills
Candidate must be able to work in a high-volume case setting
