Legal Receptionist

We are seeking a receptionist for our boutique law firm located in Troy.

Receptionist will be responsible for:

· answering incoming calls and taking messages

· answering basic questions and providing information to clients and other callers

· directing calls to paralegals/attorneys

· sending a variety of basic form letters

· compiling outgoing mail

· managing the calendar

· other administrative duties as assigned

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $11.00 - $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 per week

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
