• Financial Analysis: Diligently review and follow up on aged accounts receivable, ensuring robust collection processes.
• Effective Communication: Craft and dispatch collection letters and payment reminders, aligning closely with Billing Attorneys' strategies.
• Innovative Solutions: Analyze and address e-billing rejections, enhancing procedures to minimize future issues.
• Collaborative Excellence: Engage with a diverse team including Partners, COO, Collections Manager, and the Accounting Department on various strategic projects.

• Educational Foundation: A 4-year college degree.
• Professional Experience: Minimum 3 years of collections experience, with a preference for backgrounds in law firms or professional services.
• Technical Proficiency: Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and Word, with experience in Aderant and e-billing websites being advantageous.
