ExxonMobil's state-of-the-art campus north of Houston serves as home to its Upstream, Product Solutions and Low Carbon Solutions businesses and their associated service groups. The facility opened in 2014 and accommodates more than 10,000 employees and visitors.

Exxon Mobil Corporation is seeking a self-motivated and business minded candidate with excellent technical and communication skills with experience in in-house electronic discovery operations and processes. The Legal Analyst will execute key processes critical to the collection, management, and validation of data sources provided by ExxonMobil's IT team. In collateral duties, we expect the successful candidate to possess sufficient technical acumen to aid in various reporting and analytical tasks related to EM Law key performance indicators.
- Receive and validate collections of various data sources provided by the information technology team
- Track said collections from cradle to grave-i.e. from collection request submission to receipt by eDiscovery vendor including any attendant exception handling
- Aid in broader Law Department operational efficiency initiatives via reporting and analytics
Skills and Qualifications
- Candidates must have a minimum of 5+ years experience in the field of electronic discovery supporting a corporate legal department, law firm, or government agency including experience with technology trends
- Substantial experience in eDiscovery collection software, preferably FTK Central
- Substantial experience in Legal Hold software, preferably Exterro Legal Hold and Exterro Project Manager
- Sufficient experience to generate semi-complex reports with matter management and reporting software, preferably TeamConnect and Business Objects
- Possess a "can-do" attitude, problem solving skills, and work collaboratively with others
Preferred Qualifications/ Experience
- Bachelor's degree and/or ABA-approved paralegal certification preferred
- Skills with Microsoft Excel and Access a plus
