Legal Advisor

```Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Legal Advisor to join our team. As a Legal Advisor, you will provide expert legal advice and guidance to clients, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations. You will be responsible for conducting legal research, drafting legal documents, negotiating contracts, and representing clients in litigation proceedings.

Duties:
- Provide legal advice and guidance to clients on various legal matters
- Conduct legal research and analysis to support client cases
- Draft and review legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and pleadings
- Negotiate settlements and contracts on behalf of clients
- Represent clients in court proceedings, including trials and hearings
- Collaborate with other legal professionals to develop case strategies
- Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations that may impact clients
- Maintain confidentiality of client information

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Law or related field (JD preferred)
- Proven experience as a Legal Advisor or similar role
- Strong knowledge of laws and regulations relevant to the industry
- Proficient in conducting legal research using tools such as Lexis-Nexis and Westlaw
- Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to achieve favorable outcomes for clients
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective client communication
- Ability to analyze complex legal issues and provide sound advice
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills for managing multiple cases simultaneously
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Pay: $36,000.00 - $42,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 20 per week
