The Organizational Behavior area in the Scheller College of Business at the Georgia Institute of Technology (Georgia Tech) in Atlanta, Georgia is seeking experienced candidates to fill a vacancy at the rank of Non-Tenure Track Professor, starting in Fall 2024.

Job Summary

The primary duties will be to teach at the undergraduate and graduate levels, and provide service to the College, the Institute, and the profession. Mentoring of students is also required. This position is a full time 40 hour per week position.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities include: maintaining a 6 course, 3 credit teaching load for undergraduate as well as graduate students in the area of Organizational Behavior (e.g., Organizational Behavior, human resources, leadership development, change management and/or teams). Additional teaching is also available for extra compensation. This position also will include co-curricular leadership development and service activities.

Required Qualifications

Master¿s in management and/or Organizational Behavior or similar discipline

Preferred Qualifications

A Ph.D. degree in Organizational Behavior, management or related discipline
