The individual in this role Performs all sales and leasing activities to achieve the community’s revenue and occupancy goals by greeting and qualifying prospects, conducting community tours and showing apartments, processing applications, credit screening, and criminal background checks, preparing the lease and move-in package, and ensuring a smooth resident move-in and lease signing.
- Compile a comprehensive community resource tool
- Identify relationship sales process and evaluating personal sales performance
- Evaluate a prospect’s commitment level and overcoming objections
- Apply fair housing laws and communicating rental criteria
- Qualify prospective residents according to rental policy
- Respond to resident issues and maintenance requests with appropriate follow-up
- Build relationships with residents and creating a sense of community
- Report incidents, maintaining documentation, and taking corrective action

Educational Requirements:
- At least 18 years of age
- High School Diploma or a GED.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $40.00 - $45.00 per hour
