Leasing Professional
RISE: A Real Estate Company is actively seeking a dynamic and self-assured Leasing Professional to become an integral part of our exceptional team. This exciting opportunity involves playing a crucial role in promoting the vibrant student housing community, Oxford Village, strategically positioned just a stone's throw away from Temple University and Temple Police.
As a Leasing Professional, your primary responsibility will be to showcase the unparalleled features and benefits of Oxford Village to potential residents. This involves conducting comprehensive community tours, where you'll expertly highlight the unique amenities, modern living spaces. and the overall appeal of our student housing community. Your role extends beyond showcasing the physical attributes; you'll be the go-to person for addressing inquiries from prospective residents, providing detailed information about the community, leasing process, and ensuring a seamless experience for all.
What you will do:
- Responsible for interviewing prospective residents with the purpose of determining resident needs and qualifications for renting in the community.
- Answer questions about the apartment community; provide callers with directions to the community and other pertinent information. Retrieves messages from voicemail and distributes to the appropriate team member.
- Conducts property tours and follows up with all prospects in a timely manner in accordance with Company policy.
- Conducts all tasks necessary to close the sale, including making appointments, generating new leads, maintaining the model and any follow up necessary.
- Inspects the property tour route daily to ensure Company standards on cleanliness and curb appeal are being upheld.
- Assists in the preparation of application packets and maintain an adequate on-hand supply.
- Maintains knowledge of the apartment community and amenities and how it compares with listings of other available rental properties in the area.
- Conducts marketing and leasing efforts to maximize the occupancy of the community.
- Projects a favorable image of the community to achieve property objectives and public recognition.
- Participates in and coordinates resident activities and events.
- Assists in mediation and resolution of resident conflicts by encouraging the respect for and appreciation for individual differences.
- Contributes to the newsletter content and resident communications.
- Maintain a professional, courteous manner with all residents, parents, vendors, contractors and fellow employees.
- Ensure compliance of all work-related activities in fair, ethical and consistent manner.
- Any other task as assigned.

Compensation Range: $19.00 - $21.00 an hour (based on experience)
Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
