Description
Property Management company is seeking a part-time Leasing Professional to join our team. As a Leasing Professional, you will be responsible for assisting potential tenants with their apartment search. You will work with a team of professionals to create a welcoming and inclusive environment for all tenants. We are looking for someone who is passionate about customer service, sales, and creating a positive experience for our tenants.
Requirements

• Greet and assist potential tenants with apartment tours and leasing information
• Respond to leasing inquiries via phone, email, or in-person
• Maintain knowledge of current and upcoming vacancies
• Ensure that all leasing paperwork is completed accurately and in a timely manner
• Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants
• Attend networking events to promote the company and its properties
• Assist with resident retention efforts by addressing tenant concerns and creating a positive living environment

Qualifications:

• Must be available M-F 5pm to 8pm, Saturday 12pm to 4pm and Sundays from 10am to 2pm
• Leasing experience preferred
• MUST have a valid drivers license and reliable form of transportation
• At least 1-2 years of previous sales or customer service experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Attention to detail and ability to multi-task
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software (e. g. Yardi, RentCafe)
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings
• High school diploma or equivalent (Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred)
