Leasing Consultant

```Duties```

As a Leasing Consultant, you will be responsible for the following duties:

- Utilize Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software to manage leads and maintain customer relationships.
- Conduct property tours for potential residents and effectively showcase the features and benefits of the property.
- Assist in the leasing process from application to lease signing, ensuring compliance with Fair Housing regulations.
- Upsell additional services or amenities to prospective residents to maximize revenue.
- Coordinate maintenance requests and communicate with the facilities management team using Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
- Handle lease agreements, renewals, and terminations while ensuring adherence to leasing policies and laws.

The ideal candidate for this position should possess the following skills:

- Proficiency in OneSite administrative software.
- Strong understanding of Fair Housing regulations, leasing laws, and contract management.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building positive relationships with residents.
- Ability to upsell and promote additional services effectively.
- Familiarity with facilities management processes and coordination.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
