($700 Sign-on Bonus)

Location: Kennett Square, PA

Type: Full Time

Minimum Experience: Two years sales and/or customer service experience required, apartment leasing experience is a plus. High School Diploma or GED required.

Role & Responsibilities

As the Leasing Consultant your responsibilities will include:

• Act as first point of contact to residents and prospective residents calling or visiting the community.
• Identify needs of prospective residents and assist them in finding their perfect new apartment home.
• Manage prospective leads and follow up in a timely manner in lead management system.
• Offer virtual, self-guided, in-person, or video tours of make ready apartment homes.
• Process applications in accordance with company policy and procedure and Fair Housing guidelines.
• Prepare lease paperwork and manage the resident move-In process.
• Prepare community daily for showings and ensuring a clean tour path.
• Opening, closing and sparkling the model and show units.
• Assist Community Manager in gathering market survey information.
• Assist Community Manager with Community Social Media strategy.
• Build resident relations and assist in planning and executing resident events.
• Plan and execute marketing and outreach activities.
• Comply with all state, federal and local laws relating to Fair Housing.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer skills
• Experience with property management software
• Knowledge of Fair Housing laws
• Passion for continuous learning
