Job Description
An established property management company is seeking a qualified candidate for a Leasing Consultant position. This is a full time position, travel between properties around the Columbus area may be required.
Responsibilities may include:
- Attract new residents and retain current residents to increase occupancy rate
- Assist in marketing the property on a daily basis
- Assist in collecting rent and keeping delinquency to a minimum
- Maintain positive relations with residents and employees
- Coordinate maintenance issues
- Complete daily, weekly, and monthly reports
- Daily office tasks
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of leasing experience is required.
- Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills.
- Detailed-orientated and the ability to multitask and problem solve.
- Proficient with MS Office, specifically Excel and Word.
- Rent Manager experience preferred but not required.
- Ability to be flexible with scheduling and work weekends.
- Proven leadership skills and the ability to be a team player in a fast-paced environment.
