The Job: Our Leasing Consultants tour the community with prospective residents and support the overall property operations. Specific responsibilities include:
- Lease and pre-lease units
- Assist current residents
- Ensure model apartments are ready for the show
- Help maintain a neat and tidy office/clubhouse
- Assist with retention
The Details: Our Leasing Consultants should have:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years leasing experience preferred
- Basic computer skills including familiarity with Microsoft Suite
- Valid Drivers License
- Customer Service Experience Required.
- Yardi Rent Cafe experience preferred.
- Experience and Bilingual preferred.
Schedule: Tuesday - Saturday| 9:00 am - 6:00 pm
